so I have done absolutely nothing artistic this summer. I doodled here and there but have tossed everything because honestly it just ticks me off that no matter how much I practice drawing I can't draw a straight line or repeat a simple shape. As for photos I have avoided going outside unless it is to work or going out after the sun is down. My camera is sitting where I left it months ago. No chance of getting a new one anytime soon.

Its summer and that means I have time to take my camera out and go do those photographing type like things that I enjoy doing right? Wrong. I am broke, there is no new camera, the one I have is getting worse, and I have to work and go to classes this summer. I need to actually find a second job if I can because I won't make enough to pay bills with one part time job. ARGH!!!

I am in a show and busy with school. I am also thinking about getting a job in my career field. There is a Producer position open at the local cable station. It would be an interesting change and good experience.

In other news I couldn't afford my camera again this year. My student loans didn't go as far as I would have liked so I am having to stretch my cash. That is hard for me since I live on fast food.

Hopefully I will get the chance to do some pleasurable work eventually.
